PHLEGM v8 - Revision r96 - Win32 CHAR TreeView real-window paint

r95 used CDDS_POSTPAINT on the TreeView's custom draw HDC. On some
Windows/common-controls/themes that HDC is off-screen or is overwritten
by the final native present. The result is an opaque black rectangle on
EVERY text label, to the visible right border, even in MONO.

Correction: hook the *TreeView child window* WM_PAINT with pointer-safe
SetWindowLongPtr, forwarding all messages to the original WNDPROC. After
the original WM_PAINT returns and has presented all native pixels, GetDC
returns the REAL client DC. Render all currently visible CHAR labels in
that DC: first whitewash the native text/background rectangle from label
left to client right, then composite strictly alpha-masked glyph ON bits
(ARGB false-color / MONO black), then draw a 1-pixel dotted outline for
the selected label alone. Preserve native tree connector lines, expanders,
scrolling, hit tests and focus. No black filled selection bar or backdrop;
no fill in any 1-bit dotted selection box.

WM_PRINTCLIENT is also decorated after the native handler. NMTVCUSTOMDRAW
is kept only to hide native selection and text; it never draws CHAR glyphs
into an intermediate TreeView buffer. Unsubclass on native WM_NCDESTROY.

Verification: static source/paint-order regression tests, archive and
metadata integrity. Windows 32/64 OpenGL/D3D11 native builds and visual
confirmation are required before describing r96 as verified on hardware.
